Shipping + Return Policy

Please email us at support@marloweandcokids.com to start the process of your return/exchange and please provide your order number.
Domestic Shipping
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as we can. We will process your order and transfer your package to USPS or UPS within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. (Up to 5 business days during busy seasons) USPS typically delivers packages within 3-5 business days.
Marlowe & Co is not responsible for change of address or packages lost or delayed in the mail system.
International Shipping
Currently we are only shipping to the following countries:
United States and Canada
We will continue to expand International shipping as demand and carriers allow. All international shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer and will be calculated at checkout using UPS, or USPS. Any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.
International orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges
Returns + Exchanges
We are happy to help you with a return/exchange. Please note if you want to return items that were purchased on amazon they must be processed through amazon and not our website.
If you wish to return/exchage an item that you purchased from our site, please inspect your item carefully as returns that don't follow these guidlines will not be eligible for a return/exchange.
Return/Exchange Criteria
- Item is unused and unwashed
- Item is in it's original packaging
- Was purchased within the last 30 days
- International orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges
